Star Magic Ball 2011

Anne Curtis' look at the Star Magic Ball 2011*
The Star Magic Ball 2011 is going to be held on Saturday, September 3, 2011. The past days, ABS-CBN stars have been busy gearing up for this big Kapamilya event where they get to party with all the brightest stars in the network. Yesterday, many of them were spotted fitting their outfits for the event.

The annual Star Magic Ball is being anticipated by fans not just for their favorite celebrities' glamorous looks but as well as their fave stars' dates.

So who's dating who this year?

According to reports, real life couple KC Concepcion and Piolo Pascual will be arriving in the event together.

Surprisingly, Jake Cuenca has chosen Kapuso actress Lovi Poe as his date. They worked together in the 2011 movie "My Neighbor's Wife."

Diether Ocampo has invited Kris Aquino. There are no reports yet of whether the Queen of All Media has accepted his invitation or not.

Via Twitter, "PGT's" Markki Stroem said he will be dating "Mara Clara's" Kiray Celis. (Lol)

As of last night, Kim Chiu said she has no date yet.

Current on-screen love teams (i.e. Enchong Dee and Erich Gonzales) and off-screen couples (i.e. John Lloyd Cruz and Shaina Magdayao) will most probably be seen together on the red carpet.

Meanwhile, last year's Star Magic Ball's "Most Glamorous" Anne Curtis and Tatt Awards "Most Likable" Vice Ganda are still abroad so they will be missing this year's ball.

A video report of Justin and Jessica being spotted together in Toronto | Courtesy of "PopSugarTV"

It is not the first time Justin and Jessica were seen in public together after splitting last March. On July 3rd this year, many saw them spending time together in Canada as well.

Are they back as a couple?

There are no official statement from the both sides, yet. But according to a report, the two "have a very strong love for each other" and thus it is possible that they might be reuniting.

Quoting a "close Timberlake ally", Sun Times reported, “Justin feels right about things with Jessica. He knows he’s tough to live with and has a mercurial personality, but the two of them have a very strong love for each other. … Justin also believes that she is the only woman who truly understands him and will be able to roll with the punches — able to keep their relationship going, living in the fishbowl existence that celebrities are forced to deal with.”

Singer-actor Justin Timberlake, 30, and model-actress Jessica Biel, 29, stayed as a couple for nearly four years before breaking up in March.

Apart from Jessica, Justin's former flames include Britney Spears and Cameron Diaz.Source URL: https://celebrityvma2011.blogspot.com/search/label/female%20celebrities

Nicki Minaj, Rihanna "Fly" Lyrics
[Rihanna - Chorus]
I came to win, to fight, to conquer, to thrive
I came to win, to survive, to prosper, to rise
To fly
To fly

[Nicki Minaj]
I wish today it will rain all day
Maybe that will kinda make the pain go away
Trying to forgive you for abandoning me
Praying but I think I’m still an angel away
Angel away, yeah strange in a way
Maybe that is why I chase strangers away
They got their guns out aiming at me
But I become near when they aiming at me
Me, me, me against them
Me against enemies, me against friends
Somehow they both seem to become one
A sea full of sharks and they all see blood
They start coming and I start rising
Must be surprising, I’m just summising
Win, thrive, soar, higher, higher, higher
More fire

[Rihanna - Chorus]
I came to win, to fight, to conquer, to thrive
I came to win, to survive, to prosper, to rise
To fly
To fly

[Nicki Minaj - Verse 2]
Everybody wanna try to box me in
Suffocating everytime it locks me in
Paint they own pictures than they crop me in
But I will remain where the top begins noypistuff

Cause I am not a word, I am not a line
I am not a girl that can every be defined
I am not fly, I am levitation
I represent an entire generation
I hear the criticism loud and clear
That is how I know that the time is near
So we become alive in a time of fear
And I aint got no muthaf-cking time to spare
Cry my eyes out for days upon days
Such a heavy burden placed upon me
But when you go hard your nay’s become yay’s
Yankee Stadium with Jay’s and Kanye’s

[Rihanna - Chorus]
I came to win, to fight, to conquer, to thrive
I came to win, to survive, to prosper, to rise
To fly
To fly

[Nicki Minaj - Bridge]
Get ready for it
Get ready for it
Get ready for it
I came to win
Get ready for it
Get ready for it
I came to win

[Rihanna - Chorus]
I came to win, to fight, to conquer, to thrive
I came to win, to survive, to prosper, to rise
To fly
To fly

Just before her highly anticipated performance at the MTV Video Music Awards 2011 this Sunday, Beyonce released the very sexy and emotional music video of her single "1+1."

Beyonce

On the video, Beyonce went away from her signature MV with heavy dance moves. The video instead highlighted the emotions of song by playing with psychedelic visual effects and innovative lighting, giving it a cinematic feel.

"1+1" is the opening ballad of Beyonce's fourth studio album, "4." The tittle of the song is said to be based on the line: "I don’t know much about algebra, but I know that one plus one equals two". It is also said to resemble Benyoce's 2009 single, "Halo."

Check it out Beyonce's "1+1" music video below:

Here's the song's lyrics:

Beyonce - 1+1 Lyrics

If I aint got nothing, I got you
If I aint got something I don't give a damn, cause I got it with you
I don't know much about algebra, but I know one plus one equals two
And it's me and you, thats all we'll have when the world is thru

Cause baby we aint got nothing without love
Darling you got enough for the both of us
So come on baby, make love to me

When my days look low, pull me in close and don't let me go.
Make love to me. So that when the worlds at war, that our love heal us all
Right now baby make love to me...me...me...mee...mee. ooh ooh make love to me.

Hey! I don't know much about guns but I...I've been shot by you
Hey! And I don't know when I'm gon die, but I hope that I'm gon die by you
Hey! And I don't know much about fighting, but I, I know I will fight for you
Hey! Just when I ball up my fist I realize that I'm laying right next to you

Baby we aint nothing but love, and darling you got enough for the both of us
Make love to me...when my days look low, pull me in close and don't let me go.
Make love to me...so that when the worlds at war, that our love heal us all
Help me let down my guard, make love to me…me..me….me..meee ooh ooh ooh make love to me...me...me...mee...mee. noypistuff

If you feel like singing along, feel free to do so. Here's the song's lyrics:

Your Love Lyrics by Marie Digby

I can never find the words to describe what you do to me

If i did it would sound like a hundred symphonies

The sun would descend from the sky

Just to see who stole all his light and glory

You and me don’t you see

We could change all of history

Your love, your love your love, is all that I need

Your love your love your love so honey stay right here with me

Your touch, your smile, your kiss, your heart is lighting me up

Your love your love, is all that I need (noypistuff)

I remember walking with you on that April night

I was cold and you knew it so you asked me if I'm alright

Then you reached for my hand

Held it tightly in yours

And neither of us could say a thing

But the look on your face

To me, it meant it everything

Will and Jada Smith having marital problems?

Will and Jada Smith are having significant troubles in their marriage, TMZ reported Thursday.

Will and Jada Smith on the cover of Architectural Digest September 2011 issue

Quoting "sources connected with the couple," Will and Jada separating is "definitely a possibility," TMZ said.

TMZ also asked the "sources" about the joint statement released by the Hollywood power couple to entertainment sites saying their marriage is "intact", instead of the "traditional PR route," that "they're still in love and committed to each other." The "sources" reportedly said the "language was carefully constructed."

Last Tuesday, InTouch Weekly claimed the couple had separated after 13 years of marriage.

Will and Jada belied the report through a joint statement which said,

"Although we are reluctant to respond to these types of press reports, the rumors circulating about our relationship are completely false. We are still together, and our marriage is intact."

The Glee Project Finale Results : 2 male finalists named winners

The Final 4 did "Don't Stop Believing" as their homework performance where they were joined by the eliminated contestants. All the 12 of them then shot a music video of Pink's "Raise Your Glass."

The four finalists then prepared for their solo performances. After they have all performed, it was announced that Samuel won the competition. But after a few moments, Glee creator Ryan Murphy called Damian and told him that he won as well. Lindsay and Alex also received good news since the two will be featured in 2 episodes of Glee.
